I hired Yanis from Clean Pressure Washing LLC a couple times over the years and most recently May 2022 to clean my roof, patio, and walkway when I purchased a new home.  I reached out to him via text and received a prompt reply. I asked for a quote to do the above and he got back to me quickly with a quote. I told him I was shopping quotes. His price wasn't the lowest but his customer service skills and promptness can't be beat.  He is also always on time or early!
